The Raleigh School of Music Formula

Our Philosophy

Our Commitment to You

Our Commitment to You

We are a foundational music college for students 3 - 100 years old! This means that we take your student's music education seriously. We realize that not everyone is destined to become a professional musician. (But wouldn't it be nice to have the choice when they get to that level?) We believe that anyone, with our guidance, can go as far as they want to go with music.

Our Commitment to You

We are committed to helping you become the musician you are meant to become. Our degreed expert teachers train a couple of times a year on how to meet the needs of our students. We provide the perfect mix of honest (yet caring) feedback, unique performing opportunities, confidence-building techniques, and the tools and techniques that only an expert program can provide.

Your Commitment to Yourself

What makes our program so successful is your commitment. We believe in our students' ability to commit to weekly lessons, regular practicing, performing in the recitals, and participation in at least one performance workshop a semester. We experience the most impactful musical growth from students when they attend regularly and consistently.

Your Commitment to Yourself

Your Commitment to Yourself

A good musician is good. A great musician is a good musician and also kind.  We provide various opportunities for our students to share their gifts with others like performing at area retirement homes. Being kind is also learning how to support each other become better musicians. Through our performance workshop and our recognition program, students build each other up with encouraging feedback.
